I like cozy mystery, this is my first time reading mother and daughter solving the case together. I like this book so much, I’m going to get the first book as soon as I get extra audible credit. Michelle Babb as usual does a wonderful job narrating. She’s definitely one of my favorite narrators.

A bit confused with the characters, but a good read

This second book in the series is a good story. However, I’ve got a little lost with the characters, and again, I didn’t read the book straight through because I was busy with other stuff. Overall I like the book, I like Penny and Duncan, they both grew in their knowledge of their power. I have to say, Penny and her familiar Simon are my favorite so far. I love the series, can’t wait to read the next book. As usual, Michelle Babb is excellent in her narration.

Loving this series so far

I like this book, I love that’s the main character have dialogues with her inner self. Some of the dialogue is very amusing. In this new place our heroine have found a family she could belong to. She have a lot of struggles with the god of secrets. I don’t blame her for not like keeping big secrets, especially harmful ones. I can’t wait to read book 3, an enticing cliffhanger at the end. Absolutely love love Sarah Kisko. In my opinion she does a great job with the narration. Definitely a five star narrator.

Callie is the Muse of Epic Poetry in this 2nd book. She’s a dare devil, but I thought she was a bit whiny not wanting to get involve with Hunter. I like Hunter, I like a man that knows what he like. He didn’t let fear stand in the way. I felt sad for Alicia. Overall I like this story. It's a good steamy romance paranormal novel. Looking forward to reading the next book. Audiobooks Unleashed gave me a free code for my honest review.

Very Engaging Storyline

Gwendolyn Druyor does a good job with the narration of this book. I really enjoy listening to her narrating the story. I know some about the Greek Gods but this is the first time I heard about Zoos 9 daughters. The muse and their guardians. This is definitely an enthralling storyline. This series caught my interest, it has romance, suspense, and the thrills, for sure I will have to read the next book in the series. I was given a free code from unleashed audio for my honest review. Yes, this is my honest take on the book. I like it a lot.

Enchanting Fantasy novel

This is a fun read fantasy novel for young and old. I enjoyed it very much. I can’t wait to see what will happen with Penny and her friends next. I love the narrator, as usual, she is excellent with the narration.

Love this book.

First of all, I want to say how much I enjoy listening to Sarah Zimmerman narrating the series. She does an excellent job!!! I would love to see more magic in solving the mystery‘s. I like that the author Nancy Warren will bring back character from other books time to time. It was nice to see that she brought back one of the young budding acter in evolved in the previous murder case. If you like cozy mystery, vampires and witches, be sure to check this series out. Can’t wait to see what Lucy and Rae will be up to next.

Enjoyed it very much!

The second book is even better than the first book. If you like historical fiction I highly recommend this series. It’s a Christian fiction, time surfing, diving back into the 19 century tracing family’s connection. This is another book I couldn’t put down, once I started. Michelle Babb is excellent with the narration of the series. I will definitely read more of this series.

Wow, wow!!!

Oh my gosh!!! I fell in love with this story and the cast of characters in this book. I started reading it around seven in the evening, read at 1.5 X speed, I couldn’t stop reading this amazing story until it finished. This novel resonate with my soul, growing up I always believe in reincarnation, even though I’m a Christian, deep in my heart I believe it. If you love romance, souls connecting through time, do check out this book. It’s excellent. Matthew R. Lents is awesome narrating this book.

Sad and intriguing

Reading this novel reminds me of VC Andrews writing. I’m glad my mother is not like the mother in this novel. I feel so sad for both Tim and Clair growing up with their crazy mother. The woman have a serious controlling problem, not only she control her kids and husband, that control cover the neighborhood and the church. Unbelievable! I am glad she got what came at the end. I enjoyed the book, even though it was a bit disturbing for me. If you are a fan of VC Andrews you might want to check this novel out.
