Historia
Diagnosed with ADHD at age twelve, Jessica struggled with a brain that she didn’t understand. She lost things constantly, couldn’t finish projects, and felt like she was putting more effort in than everyone around her while falling further and further behind. At thirty-two years old—broke, divorced, and living with her mom—Jessica decided to look more deeply into her ADHD challenges. She reached out to experts, devoured articles, and shared her discoveries on YouTube.

Read this if you or someone you love has ADHD!
Revisado: 10-31-24
So many ah-ha moments in this book , it’s unreal. Im married with two adult children and three of us have been diagnosed with ADHD (including me). I am amazed that many of my own struggles or struggles of my family are due to ADHD that I didn’t even realize. Knowing this will not only allow me to identify them but also use the tools or resources suggested in the book. I loved hearing from the author on her own struggles and what has worked but I also loved hearing from others throughout the book from all around the world on things that have helped. Sometimes in this crazy world, it feels nice to know you’re not alone and life can be easier!

Historia
The Best in the World chronicles some of the incredible and often preposterous highlights of Jericho's recent career, including how Mickey Rourke challenged Jericho to a match then backed out; his escape from the 2010 Icelandic volcanoes in a broken-down, European rental-car shuttle; his encounters with Bob Barker, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Al Sharpton, and Mike Tyson; and his on-again, off-again relationship with WWE chief Vince McMahon.

Sucked me in
Revisado: 09-26-20
Amazing story and loved the inside jokes this book had. Although some names were mispronounced my the narrator who obviously hasn’t watched wrestling in order to mispronounce the names he did. Other than that an amazing story I could listen to it all day if I didn’t have school. The best part is hearing his thoughts/backstory on an event and then looking them up on YouTube. It made me look at Chris Jericho differently and it weirdly makes you feel like you’re Chris Jericho’s friend. Thanks Chris!
