Great stories, but quit listening due to narration

I have never heard a narration this aweful. It was worse than robotic. I wish I had read the reviews first or at least listened to a sample. I tried to continue past chapter 4 but in the end opted to quit the book and exchange it. Too bad. I have listened to several books about heaven before, all were very inspiring and beautiful except this one simply due to the narration. Crazy, after the fact I come read reviews and see many said the same thing.

Made me thankful I grew up free

This was a very intense story of what people in Poland and the Jews went through during the Nazi regime. Very well written, very well narrated. Brings in the challenges of raising a child with special needs as well and the strain of a broken marriage. But also a very beautiful, deep love story that gives itself for the freedom of others.

Life Changing

I can't say enough how much the Virklers (both father, Mark and daughter, Charity) have meant to me in my spiritual walk with the Lord. First, about 20 years ago, I learned how to two-way journal with the Lord. Then, about 10 years ago, I learned to enter visions. More recently, last year, I learned how to interpret dreams and now this book on encounters with the angelic. No other teacher besides Jesus, has impacted my life this much. This book, Everyday Angels, brought every other teaching and stories about angels home and yes... I was introduced to my personal angels as well and now know their names. This was so phenomenal. I look forward to growing in my friendship with them as we serve the Lord together and collaborate with them in the heavenliness.

Moving and hunger stirring

I love James Goll books. Helps me grow in my prophetic gifting. His narration is very emotional as well, the material comes from deep inside his spirit.

Great book, disappointing ending.

What a great book, enjoyed the story very much until it reached the final few chapters. The ending was so unsatisfying!! Why would such a great narrative end like this?

Thought provoking

I really enjoyed this novel. It underlined further what I have come to learn in the past 2 years. Our lives are not about how much we can achieve and accumulate. When we face death, nothing else matters other than love and relationships.

Very interesting and eye opening

Wow, What a crazy story. I enjoyed it thoroughly. I learned a lot about the polygamy lifestyle and prompted me to look more into this religion. Found out that this family was isolated in their crazy lives. Not all polygamist families live with this type of abuse and neglect, especially the hunger for power and greed for more wives. So glad she was able to escape. It was awful what she lived through.

Cute, real funny, certainly not original

You will be cracking up the whole time! I really enjoyed the book. But soon after starting you feel this story is based on the 2009 "The Proposal" casting Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock. Two people at the same company who didn't get along at first plan to attend a family event together pretending they are a couple and in the end they truly fall in love. Even so, it was a very entertaining listen.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to read at least one book about someone who has died and come back to life. Why? To get our questions answered about life after death, to realize that heaven is real and that there is only one way to be assured we are on our way there, to help in grieving process and ultimately to lose the fear of death itself.
