If this arrogant Irish mobster my brother sold my niece to thinks I’m going to play nice over this arranged-marriage BS, he should think again. I don’t care if this match with the Mob will make my brother capo of the Five Families. I don’t care how much money, territory, or power it will gain us. Finally a book filled with complete enjoyment!

I can’t believe it, this book is so entertaining I couldn’t put it down. What a great story. It holds your attention so we’ll. It’s not too wordy in parts. It started right at the beginning to get your attention and holds it all the way too the end. The characters are perfect. What was so great is the way they held your interest and at times we’re so funny! Viper and Spider’s relationship was so steamy but at the same time funny as can be. Their personalities were so great. I laughed, I cried some. The plot keeps you on the edge of your seat. I am telling all my friends about this book. The narrators did a fantastic job! J.T. Geissinger I bow to you, great job!!

That’s just what you get when you read “Sweet Brutality “ . The one liners in this last book of the series are superb. I loved all the books in the series but this one takes the cake. To everyone reading this review, do your self a favor and read this series. You’ll laugh, cry, and feel completely entertained. Like many of you who have read a series like this, this one will make you want to read it over again.
So, hats off to the author Zoe Blake, and a big great job to her two narrators. A big 5 star all around!

Jane Henry does it again! Great characters, great story, all rolled into one tense, exciting story. Love reading a story that as you read it you know this could be real. Not way too much leaving you feeling like this is so far out it could never really happen.
This book and author I will recommend to everyone I know. Can’t wait for the next story.

One of the best books I’ve ever read. It held my attention all the way to the end. The story was interesting and exciting all the way through. I will definitely read this a second time just for the joy of it. My hat off to Jane Henry! So many books today seem to go to far, like what is written wouldn’t really happen like that.
But this king’s Ransom story is so life like, you just know this could happen. I am recommending this book to all my friends! This is definitely a 5 Star book!
