And you’ll know the $100M Offers method worked when you start hearing, “What do I need to do to move forward?” before you even ask for the sale.

"No killing Goblins." So reads the sign outside of The Wandering Inn, a small building run by a young woman named Erin Solstice. She serves pasta with sausage, blue fruit juice, and dead acid flies on request. And she comes from another world. Ours. It's a bad day when Erin finds herself transported to a fantastical world and nearly gets eaten by a Dragon. She doesn't belong in a place where monster attacks are a fact of life, and where Humans are one species among many. But she must adapt to her new life. Or die.

Depressing as F!!!
Revisado: 10-23-24
I REALLY tried with this one but had to stop at chapter 16 (7.5 hours). . I was told once you get to the characters and such it could get better, but holy crap is this depressive as F! litrpg are based on game mechanics. Usually these mechanics involve killing things.
This book is about a char that is nerfed, has literally no powers, refuses to partake in the game mechanics that improve herself. All while in a world that is punishing, woven with lot of negative themes from the real world like taking advantage of others, suffering, bullying, suffering, and discrimination,.
I read fantasy/other books to escape reality. and many of the dark sides of humanity woven in a novel that leaves you feeling like crap.

Stuffed full of mediocre filler
Revisado: 08-17-24
The book more or less BARELY finishes the cliff hanger of the last book. Dissapoitijg for a long book that barely pushes the story forward.

Historia
Once upon a time, in the magical land of San Francisco, there lived a not-so-ordinary girl named Laurel Pettigrew. She was supposed to be the Chosen One. The plan was simple: She would vanquish the great evil Tybus in an epic battle. But destiny had other ideas, and Laurel's performance in the whole heroics department was a colossal flop. Now, instead of being a legendary hero, Laurel's the resident pariah of the magic realm. And what’s worse, the dark wizard Tybus swooped in, took over the realm, and forced all supernatural creatures to live under his tyrannical rule.

Not the best author, but we'll worth the listen.
Revisado: 10-16-23
I've been spoiled by some really incredible authors. While Day doesn't top tat list, it's definitely entertaining and fun.
Humor, cast, and sound effects were top notch. Just that the story was a tad meh. Funny and entertaining, but just missing a little something.
It builds to this giant climax and just seemed a bit short and left me a bit disappointed. Maybe I'm just soiled by much longer books.

2/3 of the book was the oragon trail/filler
Revisado: 09-26-23
The first couple of books were jam packed and nothing but action. The last book. Omg! What an ending! Author does an amazing job at that, but this book has so much filler on stuff that doesn't impact the story.
No action. Which is fine, but the filler / backstory was just meh. Author had a hard time getting me involved and invested in the story. Even the characters didn't want to be in the story.
It's like the author knew where he wanted to start and end, and just stalled literally for hours. It wasn't until it was 11hrs in did it start getting good again. It was as if he was making his contracted word count.

Jonah wakes to find himself in-game, level one, with no memory of how he arrived and no way to eject. With only two companions, trapped in a world that once hosted millions, Jonah must battle his way across a treacherous landscape, fighting virtual monsters, all too real pain, and a very human enemy.

I was very impressed by the voice actor. She did an amazing job! Definitely worth the purchase!

Cranked up to 11!
Revisado: 09-10-23
I'm just so sad that it's going to be about a year (baed on the history) of the new book. I absolutely love the fact that Matt doesn't care about the hate for cat. It's seriously such an amazing character. It's actually amazing how well the characters are developed and how you find yourself so attached to them.
Ive been in tears a couple of times in this books. Both from sadness of how you just connect with these guys and In laughter as I'm laughing so hard!
What I find the author does the best is that he's always raising the bar. As a reader, you know it's not real and you know the hero is going to find a way.
However, even knowing this, some of the... He gets into you're like how is he even going to get out of this? It's almost as if you're like questing if the author has written himself into a corner and need plot armor to get out of it. But that's never the case!
It's always well thought out, and realistic to the story. As a reader, I think this is one of the best things about the autor. He's really freakn talented and soundbooth really has done an amazing job with the sound affects.
The authors bio says he plays base in a band. I'd really love to see some of the boss/battle music performed by them. Would really be neat.

As management reels from the unexpected conclusion of the seventh level, the surviving crawlers stumble onto the eighth and find themselves scattered. It’s a map based on Earth’s final days before the collapse, where ethereal, intangible ghosts of humanity go about their lives, oblivious of the impending doom. Living amongst these ghosts are monsters based in Earth lore. “Legendary” creatures tied to the geographical location they inhabit. Each team of crawlers is given a task: Find and capture six of these beasts.

Victor can’t wait to get the hell out of high school, go to the local community college on a sports scholarship, and start his own life. But that’s all put on hold when he enters his abuela’s house and somehow ends up stepping into a world unlike anything he’s ever known, filled with fantastical meta-humans; walking, talking devils; and other creatures one usually needs some serious pharmaceuticals to see. Fanwath is no dream, though. In fact, it’s a nightmare.

Amazing newer author and bray quality narration!
Revisado: 09-05-23
Never read anything before from this author and I'm glad I made the jump! Wow! Amazing story and narration was superb! This is easily my top 5 series and I have over 400 books!
Been so spoiled by Bray for so long that other narrators don't usually hold a light. Even when they pick a replacement for ruins of the galaxy, the replacement didn't hold a light to bray.
This guy could could have done it! I'm very impressed. Book was excellent and 6 months between books is amazing!

When Van Tudor returns to his childhood home, he inherits more than the family farm. His grandfather used to tell him fantastic stories of spacemen and monsters, princesses and galactic knights. Little did Van realize, the old man's tales were more than fiction; they were real. Hidden beneath the old barn, Van’s legacy is waiting: a starship, not of this world. With his combat AI, an android bird named Perry, Van takes his first steps into the wider galaxy. He soon finds that space is far busier and more dangerous than he could have ever conceived.
