I love a romance where you learn something about the era (gambling) not too much sex, and a conflict that gets resolved. I would wake up in the middle of the night to just read another chapter!

I thought it was interesting and fun. The narrators are very good. Both main characters reached deeply into each other’s hearts. Characters overcame all sorts of personal odds.

Excellent performance and thrilling stories of his time in Africa and training in the army.
He only gets down on family and palace officials towards the end of the book.
It’s sad that his severe PTSD from how the paparazzi tore and continued to tear his life apart caused him such anguish.
Wondering if I’m addition to therapy, meditation and yoga, especially Kundalini, would have helped him. Then further PTSD from the war.
It made me sad that there was no way around all the constant triggers from the press.
So glad he found Meg and they are happy and philanthropic together.
