If you are looking for a textbook on how to become a better person, stronger man, or dialed in husband and father. This is not that type of book. What it was for me was an amazingly real, vulnerable and raw memoir from Matthew that helped me see there are always green lights in our own journey. The stories are relatable and entertaining. I feel like I know Matthew as a friend. I am going to meet him soon, green light!!!

What an empowering and enlightening point of view this book provides. I found myself listening and re-listening, rewinding and pausing continually throughout the book so I could take notes, so I could reflect, so I could just take in the truth it was being shared. With a recent awakening of spirit and body and mind in my 27 year marriage, Facebook was exactly what I needed to propel me forward it will state of healthyMasculinity and sexual energy that I can share with my wife.
