Historia
On June 27, 1976, an Air France flight from Tel Aviv to Paris was hijacked by a group of Arab and German terrorists who demanded the release of 53 terrorists. The plane was forced to divert to Entebbe in Uganda - ruled by the murderous despot Idi Amin, who had no interest in intervening. Days later, Israeli commandos disguised as Ugandan soldiers assaulted the airport terminal, killed all the terrorists, and rescued all the hostages but three who were killed in the crossfire. The assault force suffered just one fatality.

Historia
Stephen Sheerin was born to play on Broadway - or at least, under it. He's a musician, a conductor, and his dream is to music-direct a big Broadway musical. After years of toiling in the pit of some of the best-loved (and loathed) hits on the Great White Way, he's just been given his big break. Can life really be going that well? Of course not.

Dominique did an excellent job!
Revisado: 10-14-14
What did you love best about Off Balance?
I really enjoyed how Dominique gave an honest story about how she was treated during training.
What other book might you compare Off Balance to and why?
It was similar to a book I read about swimming called, "In the water they can't see you cry" by Amanda Beard.
What about Dominique Moceanu’s performance did you like?
I think she did a great job. I would not be able to perform an audio book the way she did!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
It was difficult to hear about how her family started falling apart. I felt terrible for her.

Historia
Amanda Knox spent four years in a foreign prison for a crime she did not commit. In the fall of 2007, the 20-year-old college coed left Seattle to study abroad in Italy, but her life was shattered when her roommate was murdered in their apartment. After a controversial trial, Amanda was convicted and imprisoned. But in 2011, an appeals court overturned the decision and vacated the murder charge. Free at last, she returned home to the U.S., where she has remained silent, until now.

Incredible story, incredible performance
Revisado: 09-13-12
What made the experience of listening to The Nazi Officer's Wife the most enjoyable?
The performer was amazing. It was like listening to a speaker at Temple. The story was incredible and well written.
What other book might you compare The Nazi Officer's Wife to and why?
This is a stretch, but if you like memoirs listen to "In the water they can't see you cry" by Amanda Beard.
Which scene was your favorite?
I am not sure that I had a favorite scene. I enjoyed how she always seemed to remember her Jewish identity.
Who was the most memorable character of The Nazi Officer's Wife and why?
I think Edith was the most memorable character. She was a smart, independent and intelligent woman.
