Wonderfully 👏 👏 read & 👏 👏 written
Revisado: 02-24-23
I love that the author gets to treat us and read her story!!! It gives it the kind of depth only the writer ✍️ can give. Spilt milk 🥛 was such a mind blowing story that really wakes you up and captivates your perception on sexual abuse to these poor children and young adults today. It’s heartbreaking but wonderful that this story through the thick and thin moments of it, finally ended up with a heartfelt ending. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s

Historia
After Tova Sullivan’s husband died, she began working the night shift at the Sowell Bay Aquarium, mopping floors and tidying up. Keeping busy has always helped her cope, which she’s been doing since her eighteen-year-old son, Erik, mysteriously vanished on a boat in Puget Sound over thirty years ago. Tova becomes acquainted with curmudgeonly Marcellus, a giant Pacific octopus living at the aquarium. Marcellus knows more than anyone can imagine but wouldn’t dream of lifting one of his eight arms for his human captors—until he forms a remarkable friendship with Tova.

Erin Khar Makes You Feel So In Depth With Her Story!¡!¡!¡!
Revisado: 01-27-23
I would recommend this book 📖 to all!¡! Addicts, regular everyday people, the educated on addiction and the un~educated on addiction. She && The Reader make you right there in Erin’s life memoir. I really love how the reader changes her voices to the different characters within the book. That was really enjoyable. No matter what you’ve been through in life it’s always humbling to read, or listen 👂 about someone’s life lessons, short comings, adventures, && achievements. This book 📚 brings out all that. Definitely 💯 👍 give this book a go and click that confirm button for the well worth it 1~Credit!¡!¡!¡!¡

Different characters with different voices
Revisado: 01-22-23
I love a book where it keeps you captivated especially when there are several characters and the reader uses a variety of different voices for each character. In my opinion it keeps it less confusing especially because we’re not reading the book, we’re listening to it .. The reader reading with different tones of the characters in the book, definitely gives it some
Pizzazz!!!¡!!! This story kept me interested throughout the entire book. LoL So much to the point where I listened 🎧 to it in about 2 1/2 days!! It was just a story that kept flowing and keeps you interested. I don’t know why people write bad reviews for this book because it was a really good read. Give it a chance! And I hope you enjoy for yourself. 📖 ~*Definitely read it!¡!¡!¡!*~

Raw and Real shows both sides of the tracks.. addiction & recovery ❤️🩹
Revisado: 01-03-23
Jordan gets right down to it with a BIG boom of a start with the honest to god raw real facts of the life of addiction. That’s what makes this story so good!¡!! It’s because it seems to someone who is NOT an addict or an addict who hasn’t got to that point yet, it seems out of this world to them. That how could it get THAT bad¿!?¡ But the fact that Jordan let’s us in on how he found his way to recovery, Well! That’s special and something you don’t see so much in addiction memoirs. Especially written so in depth as the author went in this memoir. Enjoy! Definitely worth the Credit 😉

Nic Sheff was drunk for the first time at age 11. In the years that followed, he would regularly smoke pot, do cocaine and ecstasy, and develop addictions to crystal meth and heroin. Even so, he felt like he would always be able to quit and put his life together whenever he needed to. It took a violent relapse one summer in California to convince him otherwise.

Nic Sheff has a way with words when telling his story he really paints a phenomenal vivid picture
Revisado: 12-03-22
A great read! First and foremost I really like who read this book. He really made the characters come alive, he even changes his tone of voice when he reads what each character is saying. The author did a really good job at painting the picture to describe his story and what he went through. It paints it in your head like you were a fly on the wall!¡!! I also like that it was a longer type book because you can really grasp the ups and downs of Nicc Sheff’s memoir story you felt his high highs and his low lows!! I am beyond grateful this book was included with my subscription. I literally couldn’t put this book down I listened for hours at a time really getting into character. Nic Sheff allows that with his writing and he’s able to do that because it’s a lengthy book so don’t be discouraged that it’s a longer read I promise you won’t be disappointed. I sure A’s hell wasn’t¡!¡!¡!¡! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s

Did not like the female narrators "male" voice. This book did not keep my interest. There was too much non-significant filler material.
