If you are worried about your relationships or afraid that people might leave you, this book is for you. The author, Jasmine Cody explains why anxiety happens in relationships and gives you practical ways to feel more secure. The book is written in a simple and friendly way, and I found it very easy to follow and understand. I really like that Jasmine has included simple step-by-step exercises to help calm anxiety and stop your overthinking. The self soothing exercises were my favorites. She also has real life examples which helps to show you how you can handle tough situations. I will also be using some of her strategies encouraging focusing on self-love and not needing constant validation from others.
Even if you don't struggle with the fear of abandonment or anxious feelings, everyone has issues from time to time, and a healthy mental outlook is very important. This book can help you gain confidence and peace! It's like having your best friend give you really great advice! I highly recommend it!

This book is so helpful if you find yourself struggling in your relationship. The author emphasizes forgiveness, openness and self-awareness to help rebuild trust and improve communication. I really appreciated the exercises and illustrations to help break the self sabotaging cycle and negative self talk. This book also helps you understand why trust issues are so important to a relationship and provides practical steps to begin healing. Read this book because you can love again. And you deserve it.
