FAILURE MODE Book 15 of EXPEDITIONARY FORCE author Craig Allen. Read by R.C. Bray. Book 15 appears to be the cumulation of an amazing story. 19 hours of R.C.Bray voicing the characters from his highly trained vocal cords and perfectly articulate speech is something to be experienced. Personally, i run the book at 1.20x speed all day then jump back chapters to savor the goodness again.
RCBray is the coffee and the creamer. Mr. Craig Allen authored the book, and i expect he wrote the expanded narrative with Skippy the Awesome AI and Bray in mind.
To get to Book 15, you must listen to Book 1 which reveals the backbone storyline.
I am off to listen to the book that starts after 15. I did pay to enjoy Books 1-15, and it was entertainment funds well spent.
I did not leave a review on books 1-14. You start at Book 1 and decide for yourself. This might be the best series on Audible, and if Audible had Tony Awards, this series would be on top. I was a voracious book reader, now i consume Audibles. Lessons Learned listening to RCBray?

Great character progression!

Slow start, quick acceleration into a personal interest story. Increased tension through the entire storyline. This topic of discussion is very real in our societies ( past and present). Author keeps it light and not too disturbing, while identifying methods and tactics of the industry. I listened for free, and was unable to put the "book" down until conclusion. Audible Orator is effective in delivering each actor's thoughts and motives. I'm looking forward to listening to the next book. 5 Stars for writing and speaking.

Good example of an author chopping one book into two audio books to increase profits. Great story, great voice. Not sure I want to buy more credits to hear what the Helldivers will do next. The last 3 minutes of THIS book leads into an entirely new twist for the next book.

Great voice. Great inflection. Sometimes I use this as background noise, then hit rewind and listen again. The Story is intense, no boring microseconds here. The characters are intense, perfect for a ADD ADHD brain as background noise. If you lack the funds for a MiG ride or a 5000 hp cigarette boat rental, listen to this author.
