What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
i thought it was dramatized, but it was more of a lecture.... not good to listen to a lecture while driving 45,500 lbs of ppl and equipment over the road.
Would you ever listen to anything by Deborah Sundahl again?
