Historia
In 2001, General Motors hired Bob Lutz out of retirement with a mandate to save the company by making great cars again. He launched a war against penny pinching, office politics, turf wars, and risk avoidance. After declaring bankruptcy during the recession of 2008, GM is back on track thanks to its embrace of Lutz's philosophy. When Lutz got into the auto business in the early sixties, CEOs knew that if you captured the public's imagination with great cars, the money would follow.

One sided view with lots of complaining
Revisado: 10-24-23
I was recommended this book because it counters bean counters versus visionaries. But Bob goes on and on about how the public, regulations and media are to blame for GM’s issues. More like a diary of someone complaining the whole time about how unfair things were.

But a medical revolution is underway that can solve this problem: Astonishing new research is revealing that the health of your brain is, to an extraordinary degree, dictated by the state of your microbiome - the vast population of organisms that live in your body and outnumber your own cells 10 to one.

Wow a must read/listen for anyone into health
Revisado: 05-25-15
Amazing book and research. I listen to 8-12 health books a year and this one really made me say WOW. I'm recommending to every grind I have. It's that profound.

Learned many things to implement in my business....and not to rush things. Greatness sometimes takes time. This is difficult to remember sometimes.

Some great ideas
Revisado: 01-02-15
I learned some great things for my company and have already started implementing them. However Kip only talks about how great everything is and everyone. It never really talks about any trials or issues he or the company ran into. Every vendor is perfect, every employee is perfect, every store opening is perfect.... You get the idea.
Overall good book.
