I enjoyed the book but the narrator was definitely not the right person for the voice of Samara. The accent he affected was horrible and had I not wanted to learn how the story ended, I wouldn’t have finished the book. Each time Samara spoke made me cringe through the entire book. But, other than that, it was good.

What did you like best about Crimson Debt? What did you like least?

I love paranormal romance books but was disappointed with the flow of this story.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The most interesting part was about the Crimson debt which was a unique idea. Also liked the curse stake and how it was used to kill Roderick. And whatever happened to Celeste?
Also what did the queen do about Roderick's death? Did Corbin get Roderick's property? Too many ends left untied.

What three words best describe Mackenzie Cartwright’s voice?

Slow but she has a pleasant tone.

Do you think Crimson Debt needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Yes to tie off those loose ends.

Did Not See That Coming!!!!

This book was a very pleasant surprise. I did not think I would find anything new since I read paranormal books all the time. The ending was very surprising and I can't wait to read the sequel.

I like how the story ended leading into Logan's story. The story moved well and was very entertaining.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I did not like how he portrayed the female voices. Sounded so unreal.
