Infectious Faith!

This is an amazing story of infectious faith and uncompromised surrender. The clarity and depth of understanding Katie has of our father’s love, which motivates her heart, is astounding. What a blessing to have these real examples of genuine love and service. Katie’s testimony, her whole life, is a powerfully humbling account of a heart transformed by God’s grace and yielded to his will. WOW!

Love the term

I love the stories. I am an expert at noticing Godwinks, so I quite enjoyed the stories in these pages. The narration was a bit too animated for my liking though and he read way too slowly. I had to speed up the pace, which reduced the length of the book. The recording needs some editing. He makes a couple of mistakes toward the end talking about his assistant, Sybil. We hear him stop and say, “pick up 1” and he starts again, makes another mistake and says, “p2”. That should be cut out. Also, I don’t like the assertion that we can cultivate Godwinks in our lives. God is sovereign. Yes, we have to take action and play our part, but God’s will will be accomplished. He knows how to reach us.

Powerful Truth

I love everything about this book! It truly is exceptional in every way!!! The author presents his case clearly, dives deep into the character of our God and gives every biblical example to fortify our trust in the God who saves and sustains. Incredibly well written and organized, he tells relevant stories, extracts pertinent quotes, provides all the scripture references and writes with a quippy style that made me think hard, reflect seriously and laugh. I thoroughly enjoyed every single chapter. It is dense material, so there is a lot to absorb, but I took my time to marinate in these rich truths. Consider The Lilies is a special work, one I will treasure and definitely reread. THANK YOU!!!

I really appreciate the content. The rules are great, but I found the writing a bit clunky and the narration was not pleasing to my ears.
