First Hollie and Aaron are both great in this. this is a good pairing and enjoyed listening to them.

Now for story, I read/listen to a lot of rh and so many of the academy books are the same. This one surprised. One the FMC is strong and doesn't put up with anyone who attempts to bully her. it just makes her fight that much harder. Two while we do have the typical mean girl, we also have a girl who goes out of her way to check on the FMC and become her friend. I love this as I'm so tired of the FMC having to stand on her own. And three the type of academy it is, an academy for the underworld (underworld being criminals not fantasy type underworld). looking forward to seeing if book 2 continues to be just as good.

great boxset

I love Stephanie Brother's books so its thrilling that 4 of the Four series are all together in a box set. We get to hear all about Maddie, Lacey, Bianca and Olivia. Each finding love with 4 men. I enjoy Laurie West as a narrator though at times I struggle a little bit with her choices on the mens voices. The voice for Xavier especially in Olivia's book Four Real bothers me. But overall she does a good job.

Emotional Military Romance

I love Military romance so I was excited to listen to this by a new to me author Ryleigh Sloan. She did not disappoint. The story was well written with some parts being difficult to get through just by nature of what was happening at that point. What made this even better was her choice of narrators. i could have listened to Jason Clarke narrate this on his own as he really brought Tank to life for me and even does a good female voice. He even had me in tears at a few points. Then Stella Bloom came in and prove just how great she is too. Then there is Rose Dioro who wrecked me with her part, her voice making you feel everything. The choice of narrators was on point and make me glad it was not a solo project. I will definitely be looking into more of Ryleigh Sloan's stories.

Love It!

I love a book that can make me feel. There were lots of laughs especially when they were mentions of the baseball players from one if Meghan Quinn's other series (which made me so happy they were mentioned). Moments when I teared up. But the best part was that I was actually rooting for Winnie and Pacey. i wanted them to have their HEA. Thanks to Jason and Vanessa for really making this book come alive for me.

beautiful older woman/younger man romance

Emma Wilder and Christian Fox are an absolute dream combination. Emma especially blows this great age gap (older woman/younger man) story out of the water. This truly showcases what a great narrator she is. Kendall Ryan has written a beautiful story and the only thing keeping it from being 5 stars for me is that I think Layne was too uptight/spent too much time obsessing about the age difference that she lost too much time being without a man who truly loved her.

out of all the narrators Stephanie Brother has used I think Allie is my favorite. She did a much better job of differentiating between the voices. She even did a fine job with the male voices.

Pure Gold

What do you get when you combine the wonderful talents of Lauren Blakely and Joe Arden?.. Pure gold, pure magic, a beautiful story. I absolutely love that this is told from the male's pov, but the way they set it up for us to get some insight into London as a person was brilliant. I love that Teddy is so real, none of the normal exaggerations you get in most romance books, just your normal good guy that you could totally fall for. And hearing Joe Arden also narrate the first book he helped write just puts this over the top for me. this is easily one of my all time favorite books. Teddy will definitely be your next book boyfriend.

good story, bad narrators

I've read this book a couple times and always enjoy it. but this time decided to try out the audio version. The female narrator Melissa was okay but some of her noises were distracting and not very well done. The male narrator Tristan felt like he was just reading, not really making an effort to narrate and his female voice was awful.

I loved the concept of the story and it's what helped me get through the book plus Sebastian's narration. I had issues with Molly attempting a guy voice, it was so very distracting and made it harder to get through the book. If it hadn't been for Vi Keeland's great writing and Sebastian's wonderful as always narration this might have ended up as a DNF for me.
