Best Anxiety book to date.

I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks on and off for 15 plus years. I have been on anti depressants, tried CBT, herbal remedies, Kinesiology, self help books, etc etc.
This book is so simple in its guidance and very helpful. I didn't need a masters degree in Physcology to understand it. It has finally, I believe given me the tools to better understand my condition and to manage it better in the future. Highly recommended,
