Historia
This is the story of a man who said that he would stop the motor of the world - and did. Is he a destroyer or a liberator? Why does he fight his hardest battle not against his enemies, but against the woman he loves? Tremendous in scope, breathtaking in its suspense, Atlas Shrugged is Ayn Rand's magnum opus and launched an ideology and a movement. With the publication of this work in 1957, Rand gained an instant following and became a phenomenon.

Great story of Capitalism told by sermon
Revisado: 05-26-19
Loved the story. It had philosophy, action, drama, even a little romance. The storyline and overall plot was great. my problem was that this was told like a 40 hour parable, interrupted by sermons demonizing socialism and praising capitalism. the irony is that I agree with the major points, but I don't need a 3 hour sermon (literally) saying that, let the story point it out. the story could have been told in half the pages and preachiness and been one of the best stories ever told, IMO. In spite of all that it's an excellent story and one that everyone should be encouraged to read if you can stomach points being hammered into your head. The narrator was excellent as well.

If you have ever tried to buy "off market" real estate before, then you know that deciding on a marketing strategy to use is only half the battle. If you can't implement the marketing to get in front of the right types of motivated sellers then your marketing will be wasted. You must be able to systematically market your services in order to find these off market real estate opportunities.

some of these methods I'd never try, but that's why 21 is a big number. it inspired some thought and he provides some good practical tips and tools. I can't say they are all timeless methods, but most of them seem to be relatively universal, regardless of technology.

Historia
July 1863. The Confederate Army of Northern Virginia is invading the North. General Robert E. Lee has made this daring and massive move with seventy thousand men in a determined effort to draw out the Union Army of the Potomac and mortally wound it. His right hand is General James Longstreet, a brooding man who is loyal to Lee but stubbornly argues against his plan. Opposing them is an unknown factor: General George Meade, who has taken command of the Army only two days before what will be perhaps the crucial battle of the Civil War.

Too long
Revisado: 03-13-15
It was hard to follow the details of the strategy, you'd need a map to understand what division or brigade was where. Alot of it seemed to depend on the geography to follow. Just didn't capture my attention.
