A fascinating sailing adventure around the world

Excellent narrative of a young girl’s childhood at sea, how she survived horrific storms and injuries and still managed to complete her studies and attend Oxford University. What determination and courage she possessed, to escape her parents and live free. Her recounting is fascinating yet leaves me wondering how her parents, especially father, wore blinders, focused solely upon their sailing dream.
