Not a lot of new information here. As someone who has been struggling with sleep issues for a while, I was hoping for some tips I haven't heard before. I didn't find that here, but the information provided is good and well presented.

The best thing I can say about this book is that it is short. I have read many books on screenwriting over the years and this is by far the worst. There is not one piece of original information in the entire presentation. That might be forgiven if the writing and performance we're not so atrocious. It sounds like it was written in a foreign language and then run through Google translate and then performed by a robot. A book like this can give aspiring writers everywhere hope. If this guy could get a book published, anyone can.
