I am expecting my first child in 3 months. this book is a great source of information for the first time moms, covering everything you need to know to prepare for once baby's here! care after delivery, breastfeeding, what to expect in the hospital, and how to advocate for yourself, also a chapter for partners.. everything is in this book, explained in an easy way that gives you confidence! I am a Google person, but if I wanted to search all the topics covered in this book by myself, it would have taken me months to gather all this information. But this book explained everything in a 4-5 hours audiobook that I listened to on my way to work. If you're not sure what's going to happen after delivery, this book is for you. It will help you to worry less and enjoy more in your first days of being a mom! Thank you Jessica!
