I’m actually on my third time listening to this and first time reading the hardcover while taking notes.
This book has been really helpful for me. It allows me to see the possibilities.
I have ideas for businesses all the time, I get them going and they don’t really go anywhere.
This perspective has helped me see that I need to see that as a good thing and I just need to keep trying my ideas.
No one is literally going to make a million dollars in a weekend while reading this. At least it’s not likely. But you can generate a million dollar idea in 48 hours and that’s the point.
There were a lot of good lessons learned like, ask for what you want, stop overthinking and get started now, and if you try something and fail that’s ok, just try the next thing.
Something I’m working on right now is a project with my teen sons. We homeschool them and I started a Facebook group called Homeschool Makers and 3D Printing Enthusiasts. Noah said he reads these reviews so I figured I’d ask if he’d give me a shoutout to help me grow the group.
Great book, highly recommended. Looking forward to my next listen/read.

Something is calling me to become a speaker. I have been involved with Toastmasters for a little while and really want to share my stories and thoughts on stage. I feel I have a lot to share from the almost 53 years I have been alive and I think I can inspire others. I feel at home when I'm speaking but I don't know how to take it to the next level.
I have been reading other books on the topic, but this one provides an excellent blueprint for getting started. I'm really looking forward to connecting with him personally and hopefully having him help me decide on my next steps.
This book is helpful and provides a lot of great resources, but even with this information, I can see there is a lot to learn. I am sure it would take volumes to truly learn everything I need, but it's an excellent beginning.
