Historia
Thou shalt in no way use this sacred science to offend the great God, and to work ill unto thy neighbor; thou shalt communicate it unto no living person whom dost not thoroughly know by long practice and conversation, examining well whether such a person really intendeth to work for the good or for the evil. And if thou shalt wish to grant it unto him, thou shalt well observe and punctually, the same fashion and manner, which I have made use of with thee, and if thou doest otherwise, he who shall receive it shall draw no fruit therefrom.

Historia
The initial origins of Enochian magick date to 1581, with 1584 being perhaps a more technical birthdate of the alphabet of the Enochian angels, with whom John Dee and Edward Kelley were the first to communicate with. The two men maintained detailed records of that angelic correspondence, which eventually resulted in a spoken language. Today, centuries later, Western civilization is experiencing a renaissance of interest in Enochian studies.

The text contains various theological and magical themes found in Christianity and Judaism, and Greek and Egyptian mythology. Each of us are alive for a very limited time. Or are we? What if we could live not just for a century, but for millennia? What if there were a way for us to never die? Is such a thing even remotely possible? It may not only be feasible; it may very well have been achieved in the distant past. Ancient aliens may well have uncovered the secrets behind slowing, and ultimately completely stopping, the aging process.

outdated but highly valuable , & insightful
Revisado: 07-25-19
I was very reluctant to buy this book because of so many reviews
about this book being outdated but it's very insightful
the title is beat the dealer and that's exactly what it teaches and informs you on ...not only beating the dealer with counting but also detecting cheats , different methods of cheats and so forth
also gives you idea of how to maneuver in the casinos ....does and don'ts
although this is an old pioneer of literature on card counting most relics are usually useless but this my friend is a useful relic
and you must pay homage to one of the individuals who help legions beat the casinos
if you're serious about card counting no stone should be left unturned
but I will finish with this, .....this book is not necessary to become good in counting
learning
basic strategy
deck estimation
deviations
keeping the running count and true count conversation
along with proper betting is the key
so practice practice practice
literature like this and many others are just really good at keeping you motivated during down time and not becoming burnt out from training
good variance to you :)

very summerized
Revisado: 07-18-19
okay being that I train for about a year this book is very very vague even though it touches on all bases for someone who's never counted cards before and has just began you'll have to do research on each meaning to understand a lot that's mentioned in this very short book, granted everything that is said is on point it's just that it has to be defined for most people to understand because just hearing it and giving a brief description will not be enough for most people to truly understand and to implement it into play
with that being said it's good for starters but take my advice
you have a journey ahead of you young grass hopper
training is Paramount

insightful
Revisado: 07-12-19
very insightful and informative
the story telling is a great method to motivate and inspire people
to get involved in memory training and learn the techniques but......
here's the flip side
1st off the book doesn't really get into the technicalities
and dwelve into details of training luckily for me I was reading
Harry loraynes "page a minute" when not reading this which is very little storytelling and very focus on the techniques
and last the author really gives an honest conclusion to
whether or not the time invested is really worth it as far as having practical use in everyday life

definitely what I needed in a short compact form
...I feel informed... while also not being subjected to a 7 hour audiobook ...
There was one thing ,the narrator had something like a lazy tongue/slightly stumbling on words ....at one point (only once) he started a sentence and then seemed like he took a deep breath and started over lol ...but other than that
great book
