I received this book from a friend. It is exceptionally well written and ever so timely. It seems we are in a time where manly men are in doubt. Men are uncertain which way to turn. Our current culture appears to be trying to crush men. This book is not about decreasing women, but restoring manly men. His pillars, or Maxims, are given a solid foundation through many examples of great men. I am grateful that my friend gave me the book and that Mansfield wrote it.

A very enjoyable tale of a well developed character and his family and friends. Found this latest book in the series just before St. Patrick’s. It helped lighten the gloom of cancellations caused by COVID-19. Much appreciated. A Guinness to you!
