I can see why people like Dr Bruce Lipton and Howard Martin from the Heartmath Institute support this book!! At first I saw a review that was negative, but something didn't add up because it looked more like a troll then a real review. So I decided to try it anyway....and wow, Im so glad I did...totally loved it. I ended up getting all our staff onto this book and it actually has changed the course of 'how' and more importantly WHY we do what we do.
We ended up setting up times to meet as a team (just 3 of us), play the book in our meeting room and take notes, we applied some great strategies and mind bending changes to our current reality and how we see it!!
