This book it's an incredible indictment of the status quo and even the most anti racist activist can benefit from listening to this well-documented book

I really like the discipline that this book takes to doing one thing well instead of twenty things poorly. It's a philosophy I've always shared but the author does go a little overboard at times in his language. Many of the things he says are in extremes. "This is a lie" "that is a lie" "always this" "never this". I will probably think about this book a lot in my own productivity but you do walk away from the book feeling like the only way to success is in business

this book was a pleasant surprise. Everyone I know had been reading or listening to it and said it was powerful and it did not disappoint. The sheer magnitude of examples and Analysis and stories helps to transform The Listener to understand a new way of how we all relate to each other outside of traditionally seeing only race

This book is excellent because it uses practical, real life examples of how to improve your communication instead of broad platitudes that we've all heard before. Authenticity matters. Empathy matters. Blotky offers practical and easy-to-remember devices for gut checking your approach. Even experienced pros can refresh their skills with this book

When you look past the headlines and the podium there are stories of people who quietly and without attention make our government function. this book is an excellent opportunity for those who helped shape policy and reaction to Global events in the United States to tell their story.

it is very tempting to be a progressive political leader and write off concerns of Americans whom you believed to be backwards. But this book shows that a slight shift in perspective is all you need to understand the plight of working-class Americans who have very shared interests in the future America
