Loved the metaphors woven throughout

I love a good metaphor I think the magic metaphors were clever .. I enjoyed how she skipped back and fourth in the timeline so it wasn’t just a story from start to finish . I enjoyed listening to the detailed stories of travel They kept it interesting. I felt she did a good job of not painting her ex to be the villain it was done very tastefully .. although I can’t believe she endured him for 10 years.. it was a very clear picture of his commitment issues . I think the reviewers are wrong who did not like her narration and feel like it wasn’t true to her Instagram . It was very authentic to who she is on Instagram and exactly as I expected ! The best part about this book is I feel that it’s truly a coming of age story for women at any point in their life . I am married with three kids at 43.. and I still related to this book. I think it was great ! I finished it in two days because I was so interested.. following her on Instagram only made me more interested in the story line . Well done Anna .
