What a Surprise!
Revisado: 06-17-20
Absolutely loved this audiobook. It had a very well fleshed out world, great characters, some fun plot twists and flawlessly narrated. Super excited for the next installment, and I hope it comes out on audio soon! If it keeps up, this could be one of my all time favorite series, right up there with Harry Potter and the Hunger Games!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Would definitely recommend to fans of this genre.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Rave really stood out for me. She seemed to have to most growth in the story as a character from when we first meet her.
What about Neal Arango’s performance did you like?
Neal Arango's performance was quite lively and engaging. He voiced the characters very well, and made them all distinct so I knew who was speaking at all times.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
The story was intriguing and filled with just enough mystery that I kept wanting to continue on to the next chapter.
Any additional comments?
I hope there is more to this story, as I would like to find out more about "the boss".

Great story with a superb performance
Revisado: 04-02-16
If you could sum up Good Intentions in three words, what would they be?
I hate Brian
What did you like best about this story?
I found Brian's constant justifications for all his terrible decisions was quite amusing. He is clearly an awful person who thinks he is doing good things. The way he goes back in forth in his mind until he convinces himself he is making the right decision had me laughing out lout more than once.
Which character – as performed by Neal Arango – was your favorite?
From a performance standpoint, I'd have to say Neal's performance made me really feel for Cassie. I think he portrayed her very well. Also thought his portrayal of Crandall was very effective. It literally made my skin crawl whenever he spoke, he was so disgusting.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
The ending was quite shocking, and I found myself so angry at Brian that if was reading the book, it probably would have made me throw it to the ground and stomp all over it.
Any additional comments?
Excited to see that this is the first of a series. Really interested to see where it goes from here.
