Historia
Secularism is increasingly a fact of life in Western society. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that faith is harder than it has been before. Even in the past when organized religion enjoyed more widespread cultural acceptance, there were still obstacles to true belief. Today, the obstacles are different, but faith is still viable.

This will change the way you look at food and diets
Revisado: 12-16-22
Might be the silver bullet. Or at least it can improve your health. I’ve been doing a modified keto, more heavy on the carnivore aspect and few noted improvements: decreased BP, decrease weight (loss 25lbs over 3 months which only started after altering diet—personal trainer 3x/wk didn’t do it), acne off and on for 20 years has stopped, wrist and foot pain (every morning it would hurt until I got walking) stopped after being afflicted for over 2yrs, improved energy, able to go to sleep easier. Note, when I celebrate birthdays or holiday with desserts my acne and bloating would return with decrease energy and negative thoughts.
