This book met my expectations and MORE. When reviewing a self-help book such as “Always Squeezing Lemons” by Kayla Logue, my primary goal is to feel and experience an authentic and vulnerable author who shares their mind and heart into words in a transformative way. Kayla did precisely that. Her life stories are genuine and sincere. She does an excellent job of using her life as an illustration of failure and ultimately achieving success. She provides practical applications such as journaling, meditation, and critical thinking. As an author and religious reader, I appreciate the transparency of her writing. GREAT JOB, Kayla! “Always Squeezing Lemons” is an excellent read.
