I've read one other novel about a a teenage girl superhero, and she had magic powers. Even supposedly un-powered comic book heroes are way more durable than real people. The protagonist here gets luckier with injury recovery than is entirely believable, but allows for a much easier suspension of disbelief than most, It's a fun look at hero who is technically competent in fighting, but is still a lightweight girl, and can't solve all her problems just by punching them.
