The introduction made me feel seem, and gave me hope that I’m not alone and all of the things I’m feeling. As someone who has already identified burnout and is looking for ways out, this book is not that. If you’re curious where burn out originated or how millennials got to this place, this will be an interesting read. If you’re looking for practical’s or solutions, she does not provide any of those.

More relatable than anticipated

I related to this more than I ever would’ve anticipated. It’s an incredible story that introduced me to Muslim beliefs but even more so, who God is and wants to be in our lives. God is so much more personal than what I was taught in church. Anyone with any kind of religious or faith interest should this.
