First Introduction to Nietzsche

This was the first of his work that I’ve dug into. A lot of great insights. As one would suspect some of it is outdated and there was some conflicting ideas that went against mine but I enjoy listening to all points of view and taking out what I think is correct and works for me. This book was very good at that. I learned a lot of many sections made me pause the recording and really think about what was said. Countless times I had to rewind and listen again to fully get my thoughts into order.

Eye Opening

I’m so glad that things like this are being talked about more and more. We all know that Hitler and the Nazi Party was evil but no where near as many people understand how many more lives were lost do to communism between Russia and China. This book explains just one of the many horrors that came from that time and explains how families were able to not only live through it but help change their countries for the better and topple the regime.

AMAZING!!!

This book should be required reading for every person in America. For everyone in the world. The fact that the self destructive ideology written in this book is becoming biography the world had now started to live by it terrifying. The fact that we are putting peoples feeling and needs over the ability to produce and think for one’s self is going to bring so much pain to generations.

This book is both scary and fascinating!

I have just started my hacking/information security path a few months ago and this book was recommended when watching a YouTube video on David Bombal’s channel (AMAZING channel BTW) where he’s interviewing Occupy the Web. This book gave me such a better understanding on just how serious the issue of info security really is and how at any moment just one of the 10’s of thousands of competent black hat hackers could shut down our power grid, open dams and destroy cities, or make nuclear power plants explode, whatever they want had me making a lot of changes in my life. Taking into consideration that if the power grid went down in America upwards of 200,000 people would guy within the first 3 months and the issue speaks for itself. I’ve always pictured WWIII in the traditional sense of millions of soldiers fighting in trenches and bombs going off. Although that would undoubtedly happen there’s a really good chance that traditional fighting would not be where the highest casualties came from. The most suffering will be fished out on to the back of citizens and it’s us citizens that could be the last line of defense I’m not only traditional fighting because of the 2nd amendment but also in the technology side of things if we would just wake up and take our safety into our own hands. We need to protect ourselves and each other because sometime within my life time we will see a massive cyber war that will cost us many lives. How many is up to us.

We have the power in numbers to force the government to put more of our tax money into defense and not allow them to hold zero days when it means we aren’t safe because of them. We first need to make sure our voting is safe and IMO should be one and paper or else our power to vote is Nolan void.

Good book

It’s a great book and got a lot out of it. The only thing I didn’t/don’t like is that there’s not an east place to have all 6 steps written out without searching for them in the Audio version. The chapters don’t tell you so you have to just skip around. I can’t find them online or his website either. I want to write them in my notes on my phone as a reference point.
