The book is a quick listen and delivers what it proposes in a very concise and easy-to-understand manner. Many of the problems men face revolve around things one has control over, and Nick points this out. After listening, one realizes that it doesn’t take money or muscles to have fulfilling relationships; also, relationships are just icing on the cake! One must live life with purpose- but what does that mean? Through examples and narrative, Nick provides the reader with the meaning of purpose and a path for getting there.
