Interesting book about octopus, squids, stories of the “Kraken”, and ideas if the creature might be real or not. Better than some of the other WhoHQ audiobooks/books are. I think actually seeing the book might help

Historia
On June 19, 1865, a group of enslaved men, women, and children in Texas gathered around a Union solder and listened as he read the most remarkable words they would ever hear. They were no longer enslaved: they were free. The inhumane practice of forced labor with no pay was now illegal in all of the United States. This news was cause for celebration, so the group of people jumped in excitement, danced, and wept tears of joy. They did not know it at the time, but their joyous celebration of freedom would become a holiday—Juneteenth.

Interesting audiobook

This newest WhoHQ series books is interesting but missing the whole story. More of a Democrat/Liberal audiobook. Wish that WhoHQ authors would put independent not just Conserved or Liberal books/audiobooks 🤨🤔😐.

Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

“Call Me Maybe” Funny and sassy comedy audiobook

Normally I rarely read a romance book much (audiobooks too) but since my brain aneurysm surgeries (2014, 2020), my brain thinks different. A very hilarious and cute audiobook. One of my favorite audiobooks ever :).

Historia
You’ve read the headlines, but you don’t know Jamie Lynn Spears. The world first met Jamie Lynn as a child star, when it was her job to perform, both on set and for the press. She spent years escaping into different characters—on All That, Zoey 101, and even in the role as Britney’s kid sister. But as she grew up, faced a teen pregnancy, raised her daughter on her own, pursued a career, and learned to stand on her own two feet, the real Jamie Lynn started to take center stage - a raw, blemished, and imperfect woman, standing in her own power.

Amazing, faith, and powerful story
Revisado: 01-23-22
I never knew much about Ms. Spears except from her older sister and Nick’s Zoey TV Show when I was younger. Listening to her story and actually hearing that she really does care about her faith (Pro-life 🙏🏽, church) and loving her kids, truthfully is amazing and beautiful. That is why I wish other celebrities, actress/actors, singers, etc. really do care about their faith, hope, and love no matter what :)
