Historia
In Gerrardsville, Colorado, a woman dies under the wheels of a moving bus. The death is ruled a suicide. But Jack Reacher saw what really happened: A man in a gray hoodie and jeans, moving stealthily, pushed the victim to her demise—before swiftly grabbing the dead woman’s purse and strolling away.

Well it wasn’t terrible but…
Revisado: 09-19-23
Miss Dick Hill and these stories do not seem like reacher. I seem to recall that he didn’t like guns? The whole following three stories was too annoying as I literally fast forwarded the stories of the boy running from home and the father who lost his son. Too far fetch and not very interesting.

Revisado: 03-25-23
Ridiculous. Scott Brick used to be great but after years of his over dramatization it’s just grating now. As for the story… just too much everything

Historia
We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

The main characters make the stupidest choices that not even a child would make the blunders they made. No president is that self righteous and would have that much honor. Please don’t waste your time.

Revisado: 10-04-21
If you’ve read any Rapp book you know what to expect. So I’ll just say you won’t be disappointed however they really didn’t finish the story. Half the plot is left unresolved almost like it’s to be continued…

Revisado: 06-26-21
It felt like the story was rushed. They real glossed over important details and elaborated mundane jargon that was probably made up cause after all this is fiction. But it killed a long drive so in that sense it was a good listen.

Please. Do NOT waste your time.
Revisado: 06-15-21
First off the story doesn’t even end. It goes on forever and then it just stops. No conclusion, no finally, just ends.
Secondly the switching between readers is soo annoying. To many damn characters that nobody cares about. I literally skipped half the book and mostly whenever the female reader was reading.

Historia
As always, Reacher has no particular place to go, and all the time in the world to get there. One morning he ends up in a town near Pleasantville, Tennessee. But there’s nothing pleasant about the place. In broad daylight Reacher spots a hapless soul walking into an ambush. “It was four against one” . . . so Reacher intervenes, with his own trademark brand of conflict resolution. The man he saves is Rusty Rutherford, an unassuming IT manager, recently fired after a cyberattack locked up the town’s data, records, information . . . and secrets.

Story is ridiculous. Brick is no Reacher.
Revisado: 11-26-20
I know very few Reacher books are believable but this one is just stupid. Brick is usually an excellent reader but this character is just not for him.
Save yourself a credit and your time and re-listen to an old Reacher book read by Dick Hill. I’ll give it a one star just because I did finish it so it’s at least bearable.
