Historia
So often, we remember war heroes as men completing great feats of strength on the battlefield, saving the lives of their fellow soldiers. The stories that are all too often forgotten are those of the women. These are true stories of female prisoners of war, courageous nurses taken prisoner while serving in the military to take care of those soldiers. They are the women who risked life and limb to do what they could to stop the spread of fascism. Within the minutes of this book lie the stories of five incredible women prisoners of war during World War Two.

Struggled to finish and was disappointed with the inclusion of inaccurate information. Narrator made me feel as though I was in Middle School

Good information but longer than it needed to be.
Revisado: 01-21-22
Good information but delivered in a drawn out way. This could have been done three quarters of the time taken. I stopped at least three times and came back to it. Not a book to listen to on the road unless you want to go to sleep.

This book started a little slow but definitely made up for that. This amazing heroic K9 and the emotional narrative made it well worth finishing

Historia
If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed. On May 17, 2014, Admiral William H. McRaven addressed the graduating class of the University of Texas at Austin on their Commencement day. Taking inspiration from the university's slogan, "What starts here changes the world," he shared the ten principles he learned during Navy Seal training that helped him overcome challenges not only in his training and long Naval career, but also throughout his life; and he explained how anyone can use these basic lessons to change themselves - and the world - for the better.
