I was hesitant taking on such a long book but I couldn't seem to put it down. The performance made me feel like I was watching a play. I can't wait to start the next book.

I Wish I Could Give This Book More Stars!

I was skeptical purchasing this book since no one else had written a review but decided to give it a chance after seeing Sabato in an interview on TV. The book is long and for good reason. Sabato goes into every detailed account of the events specific to the Kennedy presidency, and not just the assassination, but also the other history changing events, such as the Cuban Missle Crisis and the Bay of Pigs......then outlines the history of the era and how it effected the Presidents that followed. This book is the history lesson I never had. I can't recommend the book enough!

You Thought you Were "Outraged" Before!!!

Prepare yourself for all the details which outline why you should be even more angry about this case. It took me years to be able to face the details of this case again. There was so much I didn't know that it is outlined in this book. It dredged up old feelinsg and added a few more. A must read for those of you either believed in Simpson or not.

Brace Yourself!

As an avid reader of true crime, nothing bothers me, but this book stunned me. The stories, which I had never heard were almost unbelievable. Not that I doubted the story but I cold not believe what an animal this guy was. I had to read somethng else fast to get some of the details out of my head. A terrific book just be prepared for some horrific stories.

Live Through the Experience Again!

The book was great at outling the fine points of the tradegy and history of the details surrounding the Kennedy assasination. the only issue was, I had just finished reading "Reclaming History by Vincent Bugliosi, which I found to be very similiar. But none the less, interesting and substantial reading. A must read for Kennedy enthusiasts. The movie was great as well.

Pulls You Right Back Into History

I love the recent movie, which is why I decided to read the book. The stage setting of history made the book, and the movie, even better. The details and emotion of the event made the book terrific, and even shedded some light on scenes in te movie. A must read for the history buffs and lover of the movie.

I Thought I Knew It All

Just when I thought I knew everything I needed to know about Mnson, there's more to learn. I enjoyed the bok very much and would recommend it to true crime lovers. The stories, although chilling, were gripping and interesting.

A Must Read

If you love Jimmy Stewart...you'll love this book. The book was so entertaining, as soon as I was finished, I read it again. The performance of the reader, who actually sounded like Stewart, was excellent. The stories, history and hollywood gossip made for one of the best books I've read. Treat yourself to relaxing trip down memory lane.

Do you Believe in the Conspiracy?

This book outlines the details and opinions of the lone gunman theory. A must read for anyone wh actually believed in the conspiracy and now changed my mind. Read it with an open mind. It'll be worth your time.

Very Interesting Storyline!

This was different than I expected but I enjoyed the book very much. I enjoyed the details on how Van Zandt got hs start and worked his way up through the ranks to a hostage negotiator. You'll enjoy the stories!
