Provocative title, but Liberals can't refute the powerful, well researched facts You'll probably want to take notes and listen multiple times.

The narrator does a decent job capturing the feelings and mindset of the characters, as the book takes you through the full range of emotions from elation to humor to sadness to anger, and points in between, culminating in an exciting albeit predictable ending. Obviously a must read for those of you who have read at least some of the books, so you can find out how it all ends! However, first-timers new to the series will feel lost and confused at times, so I would not recommend it as a stand-alone book. Epilogue sets up Patterson's newer book, Hawk, which picks up maybe 12 or so years after the events of Maximum Ride Forever.

Great stories, great narration! Well written- One of the best audiobooks I've ever experienced. As an Army "brat", it brought back many good memories of military life. War stories can be traumatic, but this book enlightens the reader about the true battlefield experience.
