This updated version is worth listening to even if you've read the original book, there's a lot more in it. The author has a wonderful kind voice and it's really special to hear him teach/read his own work. I did this programme 2 years ago, have continued the principles and remain healed. A real blessing. If you're open to healing for whatever reason, this book may change your life.
