This is the first book I have read in this series. This can be a stand alone book. I enjoyed the audio book. The narrator did a good job. It is hard to find a good narrator to keep your attention.

A way to heal the mind and body without medication. I really appreciated all the information and techniques given in this audiobook. Sometimes when thinking of illness you could automatically think of going to the doctor and being prescribed medication or treatment that may not work. I have people in my family right that could been benefit from this information. I will recommend this book.

One of my favorite writers

It is hard to find an audiobook with more than one narrator. M.K.'s books are so descriptive. I love it!!! The narrators and sound effects really put you inside the story.
