Historia
Lily hasn’t always had it easy, but that’s never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She’s come a long way from the small town where she grew up—she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. And when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily’s life seems too good to be true.

Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Thank you!

Thank you for sharing your story. the press and media have destroyed lives and they are allowed to continue with almost no recourse for their actions and lies. i understand there are great honest reporters out there. and it's a shame and disservice to all those who report the truth when the cowards and criminal reporters are allowed to operate without accountability.

Historia
Joe Gere said he died on the afternoon his 12-year-old daughter Brenda disappeared. It was left to Brenda's mother Elaine to sustain her stricken family, search for her missing child, and pressure the authorities for justice. From the first minutes of the investigation, suspicion fell on Michael Kay Green, a steroid-abusing "Mr. Universe" hopeful, but there was no proof of a crime, leaving police and prosecutors stymied. Tips and sightings poured in as lawmen and volunteers combed the Cascades forest.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this is by far one of the best Jack Olsen book. If you are new to Jack Olsen, you should definitely listen to this one. you may want to save it for last though...I am not sure if any others will live up to this one.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I absolutely would recommend this book to everyone. Being from the US, I did not have much background and from the reviews of this book gave it a try. I made sure not to google the names to get the full story from the sister who lived through it. All the reviews were right. Gemma Dowler's writing was thoughtful and detailed. You cried with her, laughed with her, and got angry with all the injustice they had to go through just to find an ounce of peace. She went through all the emotions her and her family went through during the last decade and half. It was done with so much heart and sorrow.
What about Ruby Thomas’s performance did you like?
the performance is untouchable, unmatched. I have listened to a ton of narrators, and she is by far one of the best
Any additional comments?
it was truly upsetting to hear of the lack of rights a victim and their family has when faced with the battle of obtaining justice. and the incompetence of an entire police force. This family was let down again and again from the very agencies that should have, and could have protected them.

Historia
Jadie never spoke. She never laughed, or cried, or uttered any sound. Despite efforts to reach her, Jadie remained locked in her own troubled world - until one remarkable teacher persuaded her to break her self-imposed silence. Nothing in all of Torey Hayden's experience could have prepared her for the shock of what Jadie told her - a story too horrendous for Torey's professional colleagues to acknowledge.

Any additional comments?
This was my first Torey Hayden book, I am so glad I read the reviews and bought it. I was not disappointed in fact, I cant wait to get my next Torey Hayden Book. The narrator was one of the best, did a fantastic job with all the different kids.
