Jack Reacher Retirement

I did not understand what was going on with this story. I did not care about any of the players. It sounded like a drab stage play with the under study filling in for Reacher. Multiple stage rotations.
I stopped in the middle.
With Lee Child in semi retirement, Jack is just going through the motions.
Scott Brick had too steep a hill to climb.
Fond and loving memories of the whole series but it is time for Jack to retire and for me to ask for a refund.
Added note to Lee: Jack Reacher film series needs to stop being an action shoot em up. Story NOT bullets. We have James Bond for those films.

I got lost somewhere in this story more than once. Had to read over often. Maybe I was in the wrong mood for this book. Just never cared much about people and their stories.
Time for Jack to return to the states.

This was not the Reacher I know

Patrick Heller
Anytime a written series of books needs to go backwards in time means the author is running out of ideas.
On top of that Andrew took over from Lee.
Too bad there was a change in narrator as well but that cannot be helped.
The time for Reacher to retire is here.
I loved the ride though. Thank you Lee and Dick, it has been a pleasure knowing you both over the years.
