A fantastic read for everyone!

I could not stop listening to Lia read the book. She says it like it is, uses humor in the right places and as someone who has worked directly with her at one of the companies she's mentioned, what she says is genuine and great advice. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is too nice and people at work take advantage of that. Helping others selflessly is not the best strategy and knowing "how to play the game" in a corporation is key. No one but yourself can make the moves the game requires, but in her book, Lia give you tools to prepare yourself.
