Historia
Drawing on her 30 years' experience practicing pediatric and adolescent medicine, teen health expert Dr. Meg Meeker explains why an active father figure is maybe the single most important factor in a young woman's development. In this invaluable guide, Meeker shows how a father can be both counsel and protector for his daughter as she grows into a spiritually and mentally strong young woman.

Not a big fan
Revisado: 05-09-23
Many of the approaches on this book are unempathetic, I could see it work in the short term, but people won’t take it for long.

Historia
It's starting to happen everywhere, in business, social, and spiritual circles; people are discussing whether they are dealing with a problem at a "green" level or how they can try to see things from a "yellow" perspective. What do these colors mean? They're all a part of Spiral Dynamics, a sweeping view of human consciousness, taught by Dr. Don Beck, that has received Ken Wilber's "highest recommendation".

Not the real book

Not the real book, but some set of interviews. Good points were covered, but I wish this was the real book.

Strongly opinionated
Revisado: 08-31-18
This is not well founded on scientific evidence, it is rather mainly the opinion of the author when it comes to balancing reading habits with digital media access. Yes people should be reading more, but there is little evidence to postulate that one reading form is necessarily better than others.
