Hard to Listen

I’m sure this book has a ton of wisdom and insight, but unfortunately I felt it to be all over the place. The language used isn’t very easy to understand on a first listen, and when you have a narrator rush through it, it’s hard to grasp the points and even understand what’s being said. The table of contents is only split into 3 chapters too, so it’s a bit difficult to find a section you want to relisten.

Given the hate that I'm seeing in the reviews, this book did exactly what it set out to do: Challenge beliefs and tell the cold hard truth about our society and reality. Stefan did a great job with this one, and I found out a lot about the hidden truths behind what it means to be a man today. The ancient stories and references to past civilizations gave this book a really awesome theme. Thoroughly enjoyed it. 5/5
