Historia
The Work is simply four questions that, when applied to a specific problem, enable you to see what is troubling you in an entirely different light. As Katie says, "It's not the problem that causes our suffering; it's our thinking about the problem." Contrary to popular belief, trying to let go of a painful thought never works; instead, once we have done The Work, the thought lets go of us. At that point we can truly love what is, just as it is.

We all want to feel good on the inside. I believe
Revisado: 05-25-17
i believe this book could help so many of us to heal on the inside. Most of us have been telling false stories to ourself about what should have been. "The Work" as she calls it helps us to see the truth, and forgive others and ourself.

A gradual loss of love and intimacy affects most couples, slowly eroding their marriage.
What causes the loss of love? What drives a spouse into the arms of another? What factors propel couples who once sincerely pledged their love for one another to divorce court? The common response is to blame one's spouse, but is this really true? In The Three Marriage Enigmas, Kevin Foster, MTh, reveals the hidden and insidious forces that sap marriages of love and intimacy.

I recommend this book to every couple.
Revisado: 11-22-16
This book named the major problems in my marriage and how to solve them. I feel like I'm in a successful marriage but this book pointed out many ways I can improve my marriage. I believe that one of the most important things a person can do to improve his situation is learn true principles and realize you can only change you. Most of the time when you improve you, the people around you follow your lead.

Historia
I almost didn't publish Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It. I was terrified. Here I was, a CEO who'd fallen apart after his company failed, writing a book about how loving himself saved him. I thought I'd be a laughing stock and my career would be finished. But I stepped through the fears and shared my truth with the world. What happened next changed my life. The book went viral. Amazing people all over shared it online and on social media. They bought copies for friends and family. They wrote heartfelt reviews. For some, this book literally saved their lives.
