They have to win the impending Tri-County Relay Race and save the club from being run by a management company that only cares about money.

Helpful and inspiring but could be more critical

I really enjoyed a lot of the relaxation practices presented. There is also a lot of good information about birth and interventions and options in general, but these were a little redundant for me as a doula. It would be great for someone who didn't know the stuff though. I do wish they had been a little fairer in their critique though. They were thorough with critiquing pros and cons of many medical procedures but presented some of the "alternative" practices, for example lotus birth, which has no known benefits and can lead to infection, without critique. I also wish there had been a more general guide to HOW to use the course...when to listen to what parts and when to listen to the extra audio tracks you can purchase. It didn't really feel like a "course" without that, just a pretty good book about birth. Overall, though, I'm very glad I listened, and I think combined with the audio tracks, it is a great resource.
