The mystery of this book was very intriguing. I liked trying to figure out the case with Florence Emily and when I thought I had it, the book went another way. Very good listen!

Excellent book

I am glad that I found this book! I like that the author provided the vices as well as the virtues, so we have examples of what to do, not just a list of don'ts. I also liked that he provided Biblical examples and well as his life experiences to further explain his points. The book was easy to understand and provided a lot of valuable food for thought.

Just as good the second time

I've listened to this story before, and it's just as good the second time around. The narrator does an excellent job bringing every character to life with a distinct personality. It is a book of short stories, so the tales will bounce around, but each adventure has the right blend of fun, humor, and suspense. Well worth a listen!

Excellent Story

There was a lot going on in this tale, and I am not sure I like it as much as Book 1 and 2, but it was very intresting and kept my attention throughout. I am also enjoying the narrator who does a great job breathing life into these books.

Could have been better...

I was looking forward to listening to this story because the premise was interesting. However, it was rather disappointing. Parts of the story dragged on, and the mystery wasn't as interesting as initially thought. I read other reviews referring to how bad the ending was and I agree. It seemed rushed, and I think some of the more boring scenes could have been removed to flesh out the ending more. Good enough to pass the time, but not enough of a solid story.

Beautiful story

James Lecesne did a really good job with this story. It was heartwarming to see the impact Leonard made on those around him.
The performance itself was done so effortlessly I forgot for a moment it was being done by one person. Well worth the buy.

A real treat!

I really enjoyed this book. From start to finish it was engaging and I couldn't wait to find out what happened next. The narrator did a great job on the voices though the one picked for Whitney did cause me to giggle it was so silly. Can't wait to start book 2!
