Historia
The concerto offers a kind of unique excitement no other instrumental music can match. Where a symphony enthralls us with its thematic variations and development, a concerto gives us human drama-the exhilaration of a soloist or group of soloists ringing forth against the mass of the orchestra. In 24 musically rich lectures, Professor Greenberg provides a guided tour of the concerto, from its conception as a child of Renaissance ideals, through its maturation in the Classical age, its metamorphosis in the Romantic era, and its radical transformation in the 20th century and beyond.

Historia
Meet Ove. He's a curmudgeon - the kind of man who points at people he dislikes as if they were burglars caught outside his bedroom window. He has staunch principles, strict routines, and a short fuse. People call him "the bitter neighbor from hell". But behind the cranky exterior there is a story and a sadness.

This review won't be very helpful, I'm afraid. But what I can say is that I loved this book.

Whether you are seeing a doctor, a nutritionist, or a trainer, all of them advise eating more protein. Foods, drinks, and supplements are loaded with extra protein. Many people use protein for weight control while others believe it gives them more energy. Now, weight loss expert Dr. Garth Davis asks, "Is all this protein making us healthier?" The answer, he emphatically argues, is no.

Excellent advice!
Revisado: 04-11-17
This book goes into detail on why a plant based diet is so awesome for the human body. Half way through I started a plant based diet and started feeling better in only a few days. If you like actual science and research this is a must read. You won't regret it.
He doesn't force a vegan diet down your throat, it's not vitriol and rhetoric, but actual science based reasoning that pushes you to be more conscious of your food choices.
As for the narrator, he does a fine job but can get a bit monotonous as times.
Happy reading/listening!
